Delete your data
You can ask us to delete personal information connected with your use of BISIQ. This page provides a public deletion-request method for BISIQ users and Google Play.
How to submit a request
- Email [email protected] with the subject “BISIQ data deletion request.”
- Use the email address associated with BISIQ, if an account exists.
- Tell us whether you want to delete your account, support history, or all personal information associated with you.
- Complete reasonable verification steps if requested. Never send us your password.
What happens next
We will acknowledge your request and may ask for limited information to verify that the request relates to you. After verification, we will delete the information covered by your request unless we must retain a limited record for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or to document the request.
Information already de-identified so it cannot reasonably be linked back to you may not be removable. Data held in backups will be isolated from ordinary use and removed through the normal backup lifecycle.
